As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's daily operations. We need a proactive professional who can ensure that the store runs smoothly, effectively, and profitably. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their highest potential.

You will oversee everything from inventory management and visual merchandising to staff scheduling and sales target achievement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular store audits.
- Ensure the store maintains excellent visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability and store performance.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily shift assignments.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and store cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
- Basic understanding of retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field is an advantage.
