Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective marketing strategies and providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and develop store staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain store appearance and ensure all displays are attractive and properly stocked
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and achieve business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
