Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels, manage merchandise transfers, and execute timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for improving store performance.
- Collaborate with regional management to align with brand guidelines and promotional activities.
- Train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand values.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the apparel or luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local dialects.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field is preferred.
