Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity and service standards.
  • Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment and driving team development.
  • Manage inventory transactions and reporting using ERP systems (SAP, B-One, or similar).
  • Monitor stock levels, execute replenishment strategies, and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and customer engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, B-One, or similar) is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in operational data.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
