Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Drive sales achievement through strategic merchandising, inventory control, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Monitor financial performance including budget adherence, cost control, and waste reduction
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Develop and mentor store team members to enhance capabilities and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail/supermarket experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Diploma in Retail Management or related field preferred
