Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for healthy dining products
- Train and mentor staff on healthy food preparation, customer service standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control and budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and brand standards
- Execute marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with health and wellness values
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in retail/food service management with 1+ year in leadership role
- Experience in healthy dining, organic food, or wellness retail preferred
- Strong financial acumen with ability to manage P&L and budgets
- Exceptional interpersonal and team development skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS technology
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Adaptability to startup environments with rapid scaling needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
