- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, promotional execution, and team coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer experience standards through staff training and service excellence initiatives
- Manage store budget, control expenses, and maximize profitability through operational efficiency
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing, customer-centric team
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and retail regulations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years retail experience with 1-2 years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
