Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead team performance through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all customer interactions
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage store budget, expense controls, and inventory optimization
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for seamless inventory replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong team management and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory control principles
