Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and security protocols
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and maintaining brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplier deliveries, and implement stock rotation procedures
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and operational efficiency
- Enforce health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance metrics to district management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in retail or food service management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in sales performance, inventory management, and customer service excellence
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and operational efficiency
