Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Manage store budget, expenses, and financial reporting while maintaining cost efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability
- Foster a positive work culture that aligns with company values and employee development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train, mentor, and motivate diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
