Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all touchpoints
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance and product offerings
- Uphold company brand standards and operational policies while fostering a positive work culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control methodologies
- Deep understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
