Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ensure accurate merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing strategies and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
