- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed store targets
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff for peak performance
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies and visual standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Implement loss prevention measures and maintain store security
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in retail management or supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
