Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve high performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Implement marketing promotions in-store to drive foot traffic.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a bookstore or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for books and reading.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
