Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Manage the store's budget, monitor financial performance, and control costs, including shrinkage and payroll.
- Champion an exceptional customer service environment, ensuring the Robinsons brand standards are met and exceeded.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and product presentation to maximize sales and reduce losses.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably within a department store or large-format retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L, and driving store profitability.
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and retail management software.
