Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales goals.
- Drive sales targets and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate cashiering procedures and daily audits.
- Coordinate with regional management on performance reports, audits, and store improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in the appliances sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
