Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to achieve high performance and excellent customer service standards.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth by implementing effective retail strategies and promoting products.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and loss prevention to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store budgets and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
