Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise outlet staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Manage daily outlet operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management review.
- Manage staff scheduling and training to ensure optimal coverage and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fresh food or grocery sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
