Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store environment meets visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if required.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
