Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management systems, and Point-of-Sale (POS) software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
