Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing market trends.
- Manage inventory control, merchandising, and visual display to maximize sales and optimize product presentation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceed customer expectations, resolving any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management systems, and Point-of-Sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
