Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Lead and develop retail teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Drive sales achievement through strategic planning, promotions, and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
- Optimize store efficiency through resource allocation and process improvements
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain service excellence

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and reporting tools
