Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless workflow and operational excellence
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate supplier relationships
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive brand perception
- Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and conduct performance evaluations
- Analyze financial data, control costs, and optimize profitability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management with proven sales growth
- Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to inspire high performance
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations, operational best practices, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control systems
- Ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma; hospitality or business degree preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency advantageous
