- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, coach, and mentor store staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Drive store sales targets and profitability through effective merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and minimize waste to control costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, labor, and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and financial reporting.
