- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert product knowledge on Xiaomi devices.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the consumer electronics or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of store management operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with Xiaomi products or a strong passion for consumer technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Willing to be placed in Jawa Timur and work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
