- Oversee daily store operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage staff recruitment, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant retail regulations
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain positive brand perception
- Prepare regular operational reports and present insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in retail management, preferably in supermarket operations
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team building and staff development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and special store events
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
