As a Store Manager & Division Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, managing staff, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh products and fashion items
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and operational metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fresh/grocery or fashion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
