Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh products and fashion items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fresh/grocery or fashion
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of developing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
