Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve top-line revenue targets and bottom-line profitability for both the store and the assigned division.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a diverse team of department managers and associates, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and stock accuracy to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
- Manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and business partners to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive management experience in retail, ideally within a hypermarket, supermarket, or large-format retail store.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to work in Selangor.
