- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, handling complex inquiries and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career growth within the store.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, implement strategic marketing initiatives, and manage stock levels effectively.
- Maintain impeccable store standards in cleanliness, product presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute company policies, promotional activities, and new product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Must be willing to be assigned at Glorietta Mall, Makati City.
