- Drive sales achievement and customer service excellence for assigned store location
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure high performance standards
- Implement promotional strategies and analyze sales data to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations to maintain satisfaction levels

Kualifikasi
