Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control in compliance with MAP Active and Foot Locker standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by championing the Foot Locker service model and ensuring a vibrant, welcoming store environment.
- Drive sales performance through effective floor management, coaching on product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising execution, maintaining premium brand standards and optimizing product layout to maximize sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders for MAP Active.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular audits, and minimize shrinkage to protect company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably within a fast-paced fashion, footwear, or sporting goods environment (Foot Locker, Nike, Adidas, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage to serve the diverse customer base at Sunway Pyramid.
- Passion for sneaker culture, streetwear, and the retail industry.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
