Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate retail associates to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Implement promotional strategies and drive customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with proven team leadership
- Strong understanding of footwear/apparel retail operations and inventory systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable business strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification preferred
