Central Cipta Murdaya is seeking a results-driven Store PIC (Person In Charge) to lead our Footwear retail operations in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer shopping experience that aligns with our brand values.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow efficiency.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle high-level inquiries.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong background in the footwear or fashion retail industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
