Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional service standards and productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stock transfers, and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure strict compliance with company visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a premium, on-brand store presentation.
- Manage store budgets, control operational expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to foster a loyal customer base and positive brand reputation.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives effectively to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, manpower schedules, and inventory documentation for Area Management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment (fashion and apparel industry highly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be willing to be assigned at SM City Tuguegarao.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
