Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide world-class customer service by modeling professional interactions and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule store personnel to ensure maximum productivity and service quality.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including monitoring deliveries, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and operational documentation.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local dialects and English.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
