Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Drive store sales performance and profitability by implementing local marketing initiatives and optimizing product displays.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff, fostering a collaborative and high-energy working environment.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs to ensure team readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in fast-paced retail, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating large, youthful teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with deep knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and profit & loss (P&L) analysis.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Familiarity with the Indramayu market and consumer preferences is a major plus.
