Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Optimize store layout and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales conversion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all store activities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to enhance skills and achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve complaints effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales and operational targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and a valid driver's license (preferred).
