Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations to ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective merchandising strategies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high productivity and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer retention.
- Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable).
