Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock control, and loss prevention measures.
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies according to brand guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management regarding store performance.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand loyalty and store reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a fashion or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • In-depth understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and reporting.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by the business.
