Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store personnel to ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the store environment adheres to company visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily cash management, sales reporting, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable business insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by business operations.
