Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high service standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships and stock replenishment processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills for inventory and performance reporting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
