Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure the store environment is well-maintained, organized, and adheres to company visual merchandising standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency) with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and maximum age limit as per company policy.
