- Drive achievement of sales targets and customer service KPIs through strategic planning and team leadership
- Manage store staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development
- Oversee daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual merchandising standards
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in electronics/computer retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
