Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service by resolving complaints and building strong client relationships.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with regional teams for replenishment.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
