Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Train, mentor, and motivate store team to achieve performance targets and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service quality standards
- Conduct regular store audits and maintain operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven team leadership
- Familiarity with franchise operations and F&B industry best practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales reports and KPIs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic accounting knowledge for inventory reconciliation and budget management
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Malaysian citizen with valid working permit (if applicable)
