Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and strict adherence to company policies.
- Drive store sales performance by implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate store staff to provide world-class customer service.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate tracking, timely ordering, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to ensure store aesthetics align with brand standards.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor regulations and internal safety/security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics (KPIs), such as conversion rates, UPT, and ATV.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
