- Achieve performance targets for motorcycles, spare parts, services, accessories, and credit products
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage store operations including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in automotive/motorcycle industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
