Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales
- Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with regional management on business planning and strategy implementation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to develop talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of smartphone technology and consumer electronics
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in retail management software and POS systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
