Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
  • Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies
  • Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to develop talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge of smartphone technology and consumer electronics
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
