Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Implement brand standards and operational procedures to maintain premium store experience
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure product knowledge and service excellence
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies
- Manage store assets, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies
- Foster strong customer relationships and handle escalations with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with consumer electronics or premium brands
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Understanding of smartphone technology and consumer electronics market
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
