Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Drive sales achievement through team coaching, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure consistent adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and operational procedures
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in restaurant/retail management with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
