Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and stocktaking
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the consumer products sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
